Access to our Coaching website is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year (1).
A new Journaling or Coaching "lesson" is loaded into your online account every week. Then, you and your Certified Coach will have an ongoing exchange about the materials to better understand it, plan & set your goals, and then move forward with the process of achieving them. Any comments or questions you enter into your account will be replied to on the next business day (2), Mondays through Fridays, between 9:00am and 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time.
Monthly live Group Coaching calls are held on Wednesdays & Thursdays between 9:00pm and 10:00pm Eastern Standard Time.
Monthly live Follow-Up Coaching calls are held on Wednesdays & Thursdays between 8:00pm and 8:30pm Eastern Standard Time.
(1) Subject to our website hosting company's needs to do maintenence, updates and service. A 99%+ uptime is expected.
(2) A "business day" is defined as a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday that is not a Federal Holiday in the United States and is also not December 24th or December 31st. In addition, our Coaches are given one week off at the end of every quarter and will be unavailable at that time.
