Our Follow-Up Coaching Programs enable you to have access to our online Coaching website and the materials that comprise our Coaching Programs, with the advantage of having ongoing, online interaction with a Certified Coach. You'll also have access to a Follow-Up Coaching Forum for your topic where you can have additional interaction with your Coach and with other Coaching clients. In addition, you'll have the opportunity to participate in a live monthly Follow-Up Coaching Conference Call.
On a weekly basis you will have a "support lesson" made available to you on our Coaching website that will include the following:
1) A video training segment by a Certified Coach that describes the purpose of the current lesson and the steps to complete it;
2) A powerpoint overview of the key topics and points;
3) Written text to help you determine where you are with the current topic, where you would like to be and several steps to help you get there;
4) Several assesment areas where you will write in detail about where you are with this topic at this point in your life;
5) Several action areas where you will decide and write how you will move forward in these areas;
6) Several response areas where your Certified Coach will reply to your comments and where you will have an ongoing, interactive Coaching experience to help you move forward towards your goals;
7) A downloadable form to help you track your progress and stay on track;
8) A link to one or more articles about your topic;
9) A link to the exclusive Follow-Up Coaching Forum;
10) A link in case you would like to upgrade your service to have more interaction with a Certified Coach.
At the completion of the final module of your Coaching program, you'll have the opportunity to enroll in the Follow-Up Coaching Program, which is a month-to-month support program to help you maintain what you learned and continue your progress.
